*Important Notice Regarding Our Firm

We wish to advise of the recent appointment of Jason Peszko as a Provincial Court of Saskatchewan Judge.

While it is an exciting opportunity for Judge Peszko, it unfortunately means that he is no longer able to act in any capacity as a lawyer or receive client calls, and requires that our practice be wound down.

Effective August 12, 2026, we are no longer accepting new clients or new matters.

Our firm will be closed to clients effective October 15, 2026.

For existing clients, we will be in contact regarding next steps for your matter & your file. You will have the option to:

-Take possession of the contents of your file & make arrangements to retain a solicitor of your choosing;
-Request Peszko Legal transfer your file to a different office of your choosing; or
-Have your file transferred to Revering Law Office, where our appointed Practice Trustee, Bailee Massett, will continue to take care and management of your files.

If we do not receive instructions regarding your file and/or documents by October 1, 2026, your file and/or documents will automatically be transferred to Revering Law Office.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition. We are grateful for the opportunity to have assisted you & sincerely appreciate the trust you have placed in our firm.
